Every step of the process, from the initial quote to the follow up call to check how the transport went, was handled very professionally and with courtesy. A minor difficulty with the drop off was handled swiftly (NOT the fault of Magic Carpet Auto Transport, but they resolved it anyway!). Craig Peterson was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Kudos to him and to Magic Carpet Auto Transport-they will always be my first and only choice for car shipping!
