Overall the transport of my bike with Magic Carpet/Baker transport was good. Mike the broker and Gary the driver were very responsive and pleasant. There were a few issues that caused a delay. First issue was mechanical (spit happens), the second issue was a communication error by the dispatcher (very avoidable and should be fxed). Being this was the first time I had done this, Mike at Magic Carpet was very helpful and understanding to my needs. Terry could use a little customer service training but I chaulk that up to the nature of the business. The results overall were positive and I would work with Mike and Gary if needed in the future.
