Having never shipped a car, we used Magic Carpet due to their #1 rating on this site. Kaleigh was very knowledgable and patient in explaining how the whole process works. Our situation was a bit complicated in that we would be leaving the car to be picked up at a hotel and eventually requested that it be delivered to a long term airport parking lot, but the whole transaction was flawless, with the car being picked up within an hour after we left, and arrived two days before we flew in. American Auto (the actual shipper) was outstanding and the driver (Dimitri) went out of his way to deliver where we'd requested. While it did end up being a bit more than we'd initially been quoted, it was well worth it. Kaleigh was always available to answer my many questions, and other than the odd email hiccup (through no fault of hers...apparently they were experiencing server issues), the transaction could not have been smoother. Knowing now that it isn't unusual to not know who will be moving your car until the first day it is available makes the waiting seem reasonable. We would definitely call Magic Carpet again.
