We have a great experience with our account manager, Brianna Peterson. This was our 2nd transport move with Magic Carpet. Due to our rushed situation however, we had a poor experience with the company who actually transported the car across country. Brianna was very responsive to the issues we had with this transport provider. I would therefore use Magic Carpet again, as their support was supberb, and we had the unfortunate issue of a company that they will no longer use in transporting cars. Brianna Peterson provided excellent customer support to help to try to resolve any issues.
