David, I am sorry for the way the carrier handled things on this transport. We do not always have control of the carriers chosen on certain transports. I had felt really bad originally as this is not how or transports are handled on a regular basis. That is why I took so much off our broker fee to help alleviate some of the financial strain and time lost you were faced with. We will not use carriers regularly who treat our customers this way. I can promise you that. On behalf of my management team and myself our heartfelt apologies for the way things went for you!!
