Overall cost was higher than originally quoted. Could have used more communication with Magic Carpet, particularly after vehicle was picked up. The driver definitely needed better communication. Driver was supposed to call 2 hours prior to delivery but gave us only 10 minutes and seemed a little annoyed when we were not able to get to the card for 30 - 45 minutes. Car was delivered on time though and without incident so overall experience was OK.
