I would like to commend representative Greg Saucke for his ongoing support and assistance with my future Car and Motorcycle Enclosed Transport from my Houston, TX residence to Epping, New Hampshie.
Since my very first inquiry back in April until now Greg has been very understanding of my finalizing the actual pickup and delivery dates. My first estimate date of moving was in June, however, the exact date(s) have changed due to various circumstances. We were very close to an exact date a few weeks ago, but my wife and I were involved in an impaired individual rear-ending us at an intersection causing our main vehicle to be towed and now just being repaired through our insurance company (Progressive). We are anticipating a repair ending date of mid September. My last conversation with Mr. Saucke was very well handled by Greg. He informed me that he had been working out more details of our projected moving date of around September 17th. Hopefully this date will stand and we can finally get the vehicles to our new location in Bradford, Vermont. I have always been impressed with Greg's professional attitude, advise and thoughts to make our moving situation as seamless as possible under the circumstances. I also was extremely pleased to hear that the original company Greg was with has merged with Magic Carpet! I dealt with Magic Carpet when I first purchased the 1964 Ford Falcon convertible back in October of 2010, and the vehicle was delivered in beautiful condition....the exact way it was loaded up in North Carolina. I have high regards in Magic Carpet and I feel Greg is and will continue to excel. He is extremely professional, has a great personality and knows what he is doing to make a customer (client) feel confident and at ease. I feel good to be part of his evaluation and hope your company can see that wealth in an employee and do what it takes to keep him aboard Magic Carpet. Sincerely, Bruce and Karen
