I understand that you are upset with the carrier because of the breakdown and the cars arriving in the condition that they were but this is clearly a review of what you thought of the carrier not magics service.. I always answered all your calls and tried to help in every way possible. In fact the trip was basicly free because the carrier was willing to take nothing for the transport because of the problems.. also you filled the cars with personal belongings even after I told you that you should not... so the transport was free and they carried all of your belongings for free. this was all because I stayed on it for you and even worked at night on my off time finding out info for you and where they were.. again I am sincerely sorry for their mistakes and have put them on a do not use list but feel that our Company did everything we could to assist you in resolving the issues you had with the carrier.
