Exceelent customer service from Jeff and Casey at Magiccarpet.Car was picked up on time as requested. Though Chicago to Seattle is not that busy route- they chose a good carrier for me who delivered the car without hassles-though taking a somewhat higher time, 12 days. I was thinking6-8 days. Overall, it was a good experience. Will use again if required
