When initially trying to find a reliable and affordable company to transport my car from Florida to Colorado I was bombarded with emails from multiple companies and was shopping soley on price. I started working with someone because they were the lowest price and responded quickly. However, I was not impressed with the level of professionalism and did not feel comfortable trusting my vehicle in their hands. After becoming in contact with Jeff I realized that he was the person I wanted to help me through out this process. Unfortunately, In the industry your car is likey to arrive late and there is nothing the brokerage company can really do, but keep you informed. Jeff kept me in the loop every step of the way. I paid exactly what was quoted and not a dime more. He was prompt, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. The fact that my car was a little late due to the driver didn't bug me as much because the compay was so great. Thank you Magic Carpet for your excellent service and honesty.
