Casey Jackson of Magic Carpet Auto Transport, I have one question...Will you marry me? Lol Just kidding. Magic Carpet Auto Transport (via) Casey Jackson came to my rescue. After dealing with Auto Central Transport, giving me the run around and taking my money. I was anything, but nice to Mr. Jackson and he still gave me excellent customer service. I was point blank with Casey in terms of what I wanted and what I don't want and what I will do and what I wont do. In my exact words "Can you pick up my car tomorrow or not? Cause I'm looking for a company that can. And I'm only paying 1300 cause it's all I can afford. If you can't then please don't wste my time." Casey Jackson heard my request and accepted my challenge. He was not phased by my bluntness and hostility. Mr. Jacskon simply said "Where's the car at right now?" I then told him. Then he said. "Give me your information." I again repeated my demands. Casey ignored them and asked again for my information. I hesitantly obliged. "Alright Miss. Floyd give me three hours I will call you back." He told me. I hung up the phone knowing that he was just pulling my leg like the other company. He isnt going to call me. Sure enough three hours passed and no phone call back from Mr. Jackson. Of course I told myself. By now it's 9:00 p.m. Im frustrated cause my car is stranded for another day. I go to bed. Before The sun pierced the sky. I awoke to my message alarm sounding on my cell phone. It was Casey's voice telling me that my car will be picked up in 8 hours from this message. Casey kept his word!!! and he far succeded my expectaions. And the request was less than 12 hours notice. Of course I didnt belive him. But when the contact person at the pick up destination called me and told me the truck company was there picking up my vehicle. I knew I chosen a company that was respected by the truck drivers which meant that Magic Carpet Auto Transport gives their best so they expect the best. Casey then informed me the car will be in hands on the 23rd. Which was nine days from the pick up day. Beggers cant be choosers. I was a little sad, but hey. my car was picked up in less than 20 hours. nine days is nothing compared two the hellacious two weeks Ive already endured with the other company. Lo and behold 9/20/2012. I recieved a call from the driver saying that he was around the corner and that my car will be dropped off soon. Victor's Transport came through!!! I cried happy tears because now I had the last property that my mom ever touched. safely in my hands and in perfect condition!! The experience felt as if it was MAGIC. Thank You Casey Jackson and MAGIC CARPET AUTO TRANSPORT as well VICTOR'S TRANSPORT, for hearing my call of help and coming to my rescue. MAY BOTH YOUR COMPANIES CONTINUE TO BLESS OTHERS AND BE BLESSED.
