This was my first time transporting a car, I was not sure where to start or even how the process worked with reservations, pickup times, delievery times and destinations, etc. Briana from Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very up-front and honest with me. She walked me through the complete process and was there if I needed help with anything. She was very professional and treated me like a customer, not a number. She found me a driver the same day and got me a price that was under their original projected quote! The driver was able to pick up the car the next business day and was in contact with us to let us know that the transporting was going smoothly. The car was delivered to us the day after it was picked up, arriving ahead of schedule, but the driver gave us plenty of notice to make sure we were able to receive the car from him. Magic Carpet fully surpassed their big-name competition. I tried to set up an appointment with Reliable Carriers, banking on the fact that they are well known for auto transports. Their representative was rude, eager to get off the phone and the waiting time to have the car picked up was 3-4 weeks! Extremely pleased with Magic Carpet. They made my first auto transport a breeze and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, on-time and friendly.
