I was unsure of the date of pick up and how advanced a notice that I would be able to provide when I requested for a quote to transport my car. Magic Carpet provided me with a quote and told me upfront that if I'm in any kind of hurry, I would need to pay a little more than the quote to expedite the process. And when I finally had the pick up date, I was only able to give a notice of two days in advance. But I was still promised that they would do their best, but was also told upfront that it would be prudent to arrange for a back up if pick does not happen by the time I leave. My queries for any updates on the pick up were answered immediately and with patience, and they were able to honor the pick up time I gave them even if I was not sure they would be able to. The delivery of my car happened a day earlier than the given time and I was pleasantly surprised. I paid around a $100 more than the quote given to me but I feel it was worth it as I got my car much earlier than I expected. overall, it was a very good experience working with them and if I ever have to transport my car again, I would definitely use their services again.
