Jeff picked up my call, answered every question, provided information on additional considerations I had not thought of, described what to expect in terms of timing of the process, and his communication plan. He was true to every expectation he set with me. As a result, I had an excellent experience getting my car loaded on a highly rated carrier on short notice, arriving cleaned and waxed on the exact day that I had targeted. Jeff was in touch, communicative, reassuring, and responsive. I had trust in him, and therefore trusted him on my behalf with the carrier dispatch. I would recommend Jeff, and Magic Carpet, without hesitation.
