Moving is a very stressful time. I was being relocated for work and had very little time to plan my move as well as a significant amount of work to complete before moving. On top of that, the car transportation options are very overwhelming. Working with brokers and carriers seemed overwhelming and very stressful, the last thing I wanted to spend time on during an already stressful time. Casey at Magic Carpet relieved all of that. He was so helpful and made the process feel easy and simple. He explained everything in detail and was very straightforward. After speaking to several brokers, he was the only one that I felt comfortable working with and trusted in his honesty. I took a chance and with a rush order, he was able to help me navigate the process successfully. I was able to get my car taken care of as rush for less than I was being quoted for rush from other brokers. Furthermore, the carrier was in contact with me regularly and delivered early. Everything worked out perfectly and Casey was there every step of the way. Months later when I needed an updated invoice he was just as helpful and caring. Even though he had received his fee, he did not stop being a great a support for a moving process that seemed to never end. I recommend Casey and Magic Carpet for anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and unstressful move.
