Excellent Dispatch, Bad carrier

Magic Carpet was excellent in getting my car shipped on the right days in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent and would use again if i needed to ship another one of my cars. The carrier on the other hand wasn't so good. he was 5 hours late tp pick up the car and 6 hours late delivering it. no real reason for the delay either, but the car did come back with no defects and in one piece. All in all, i would recommend magic carpet.

Islam..I appreciate the five star rating for the customer service end of your transit. 4 to 6 hours pick up or drop time is standard for most carriers as the have nine other vehicles on their load as well.
