The only minor problem that I had, being a first time shipper and not knowing the procedure, I felt that communications from the driver or dispatcher could have been a little bit better. They picked up and delivered on time, but receiving a call from the dispatcher or the driver keeping me a little more in their loop before it was picked up and the day of delivery would have eased my mind on both ends. I did email Jordan, the person handling my move with Magic carpet, and I had answers within 10 minutes every time I had a question, which eased my mind. As I said, the moving of the car was 5 stars out of 5, but a few more calls would have made the total experience a 5 stars out of five, instead of 4.75 stars out of five.
