Trying to organize my move from RI to Arizona in 30 days was definitely a difficult experience. I had never tried to transport a car so naturally I went to the internet for ideas and before long I had numerous phone calls and my email box was full. The fact that my car was brand new (less than 1000 miles) made me extremely nervous. Lloyd Taylor from Magic Carpet made me feel confident that my car would be in good hands. Having only a few days before I needed transport I was beside myself but Lloyd assured me everything would be okay. He knew this 65 year old woman needed help and he was right there for her. He told me he had a new grandmother and he would take care of her and that he did! Although there were no carriers coming through RI within the next few days I had mentioned that I wasn't far from Boston so Lloyd asked if I minded meeting a carrier so I could get off on time. He assured me he would find a way and wanted me to relax and trust him. He even gave me his cell phone number just to keep me calm. I received the call from Lloyd a few days before my move telling me that the carrier would be calling me and I could meet him not that far from my home (just outside RI) and he wouldn't mind waiting for me. Everything went as scheduled and upon meeting the driver I was confident that my car was in good hands. The driver explained his route and gave me his phone number so I could locate my car along the way. My car arrived at my daughter's house in Az quite dirty but what do you expect after traveling over 2700 miles! My son-in-law washed it before I arrived and my new car was once again in perfect condition. It was certainly worth the $1245 that I paid to have the wonderful, caring service that I received from Lloyd Taylor , the professionalism of my driver and the fact that I received my car in perfect condition!
