Suddenly my whole world changed for the better. My 11 yr old daughter had a life changing audition in California and I only had two weeks to get there. This was my first time moving out of state. I had a million things to do and no time to get it all done. It was my birthday weekend and I already had plans to go out of town. The first thing I thought of was shipping my car and my sons car. My son was in Aphganastan and I was responsible for his car to. I got on my computer and started looking up car shipping companies. I had no idea what to do, I was completely confused. I called several places and all I got was voicemails due to it being a saturday. About 20 minutes after one of the voicemails that were left This wonderful man named Don called me and started talking to me. He was so pleasant. He answered every question and then some. I was on the phone for about an hour with him and not once did he act annoyed or in a hurry. By the time I hung up the phone I knew that this was the company I was going to go with. It was a saturday he took his time with me and not once did he try to give me the run around on pricing. After that day I received several calls regarding shipping my car. None of them could offer what he did or the kindness and caring in his voice. They all sounded like a bunch of people at an auction trying to sell me something fast. He gave me a wonderful rate for two cars and scheduled my pick up date.
Unfortunately the rate went up a little but he was honest and up front and it was for the day I wanted. He asked me first and let me know if I didnt want to do it that he would look for something else. I took the deal and as planned the people picked up my car as planned. I had to work until 7:30 pm that night so he got a hold of the people who called me in return and worked around my schedule. They came when I got off work and they were 5 minutes from my house.
Don checked with me almost everyday to make sure everything was right. After I got to California Don asked the transporters could they drop my car off on sunday because I was carless with a 11 yr old daughter. They worked it out. My car was delivered on time with no problems.
Everything in my move went wrong except for my cars. All of my personal belongings were water damaged in the move and don took the extra effort to check on me and make sure I was ok. He is a very caring man. I also have 2 other children that are going to be coming out here. I told him that months ago when i moved here, he checks on me every couple weeks to make sure that I'm ready. Now its time for 1 of my kids to come and once again hes going above and beyond to make sure his truck gets here on time and with a good rate.I am not worried at all about it getting picked up on time or the price because I know I'm in good hands.
I refered him to another friend going to Oregon and they called him but they were already with the company just a different broker. But they did tell me they wish they would had him Because he was very nice and didnt try to blow them off when he found out that they were already with someone else in the company. I would definatly recommend him to everyone, which I already have. Thankyou again for making my cars get to Cali safe.
