It was unfortunate that the driver from Knight had to postpone his pick-up. Because he did, I was unable to be present for the pickup.
This resulted in damage to the vehicle, which probably could have been handled had i been present. When i made the arrangements, I was told I would be notified as to the time of pickup. I tried all weekend to reach Magic Carpet, but got no answer, and could not leave a message. I sent an e-mail, which was completely ignored.
It seems to me, someone needs to be there on weekends, at least to make sure that your voice mail is working.
