The person I talked to on the phone was helpful and understood my needs. We negotiated a price that I felt comfortable with, and it was lower than several other bids I received.
The car was picked on time, and delivered within the estimated time of arrival.
The only question I had was whether it is common practice for a transport company to tell a customer that they can't find a trucker willing to transport for the price negotiated, and ask for more money. I was not in a hurry; therefore I refused. (And a "willing" trucker was found promptly soon after!)
I will definitely recommend this company as trustworthy and provided good service. I just want potential customers to be beware of the 'post'-negotiation pecuriality.
Another company I talked to agreed to match the price of this company. But then the fine print says that if they can't find a trucker within five days, they will charger me thier original higher price. I think potential customers should be warned of this also.
