This was my first time ever shipping a car. I have to admit I was very nervous. The car was being picked up at an elderly relative's house in Texas and being brought to Ohio. I went on the Magic Carpet site and requested a quote. At my request, I was provided an automatic 5 quotes from the Magic Carpet family of companies. Within approximately 15 minutes, I had a phone call and email from one of the companies. A little later, I received another call from another affiliate. The callers were the absolute nicest, patient and accommodating people I have had contact with in a business in recent memory. There was no pressure, just absolute great customer service. I chose to go with Magic Carpet instead of the affiliates. My rep. was Jeff Vigue. Jeff was outstanding! I received so much communication from Jeff about the transport, I feel like we are friends now. He kept me posted every step of the way. Even when the car was with the trucking company, Jeff still checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything and offered any updates. Jeff and Magic Carpet are an A+ in my opinion. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My worries about my elderly relative having problems when the car was picked up were unfounded, the truck drivers were great and it went smooth. No stress.

I will be shipping another car from Texas in the future. I plan to use Magic Carpet and hope Jeff still works there. I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else. Read the reviews carefully before you select a company.
