The whole transaction was great; only problem I had was with the driver who picked up my vehicle. I had specific timeframes and he did not meet it. I had to ask a friend to coordinate pick-up since my husband and I had travel plans. The driver that picked it up was not the same driver who delivered it. I had a "stone knick" on the hood of the car that was not there before which probably occurred during the transport. Unfortunately, the documentation of the vehicle's condition was not the greatest and my son, who received the car when it got delivered, could not properly inspect it because the car was filthy. I would do it differently next time; make sure I hand the car over myself and receive it myself.

The coordination and communication was not the best either because I was communicating with different people.
