Some confusion....I ordered an enclosed truck, received an open truck that I refused. Enclosed truck was 5 days later. Even after they said they would arrive 3 days late, then 4 days late, then "how about in the morning" on the 5th day. Not that impressed but that is the standards of the trucking industry. Set the standards low and they will achieve that standard. Driver did his job, I blame the mix up on management and greed to get the job at any cost.
I don't blame the broker at all, it was the trucking firm. Good news is the car is in my posession and not damaged.
