Sue walked me through the process since I had never transported a car before. She called me promptly and we were able to secure a driver easily. We needed to find a pickup location that worked for the driver since I was in a remote location where the police did not allow big trucks to enter. We found a convenient pickup location near the airport where I was flying out and the driver arrived right when promised. He was professional and courteous, and I felt very comfortable leaving my one-year-old car in his care. The driver was able to deliver my car to my own driveway a day earlier than promised and in exactly the same condition as at pickup. Before this transport, I was really concerned because there are so many things that could go wrong. I would definitely use Magic Carpet again if I need to transport a car. Everyone involved made this a pleasant and easy experience.
