We made the arrangement to ship our Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon at short notice ( two weeks before we were to move across the US from Florida to Arizona. We realized that could mean our vehicle would need to be collected after we had left for our own drive to Arizona so we gave a start collection date 4 days before we were due to leave and also arranged with a friend to handle the meet up with the transporter driver.

On the day we set out the transporter driver contacted us to advise a collection time that afternoon. Our friend met the driver at the appointed time and place and the car was loaded.

Four days later in the evening we had a call from the transporter driver to arrange delivery. for early the next morning. We still had two days driving to get to the destination and so arranged with a friend to meet up with the driver. Our friend could not get to the arranged meet place until an hour later than the driver had advised. We contacted the driver who readily agreed to change his time and wait to meet our friend.

Two days later when we arrived in Arizona the car was parked outside our new home. The car was in perfect condition. All in all a great quality service.
