Like everyone, I was really reluctant to ship my dream car across the country, having see many reviews on poor customer service really worried me. I started with uship where I got bombard with emails and phone call...it was really overwhelming.
One person on the forum asked me to check out transportreviews.com and I contacted the top 3 companies. Out of the 3 , Jeff from magic carpet responded promptly with a rough quote. Quite honestly, considering the are one of the top 3 companies, I was expecting a huge bump in cost (from what I saw at ubid). Since I really wanted to enjoy my car as fast as possible, I called Jeff as the other companies had not responded.
Within minutes of talking to Jeff and looking at the reviews, I knew I was going with them. The fact that they are active on the forums and responding to negative comments, means that they care. About their reputation.
Pickup went smooth, although there were some challenges with the driver and coordinating it...Jeff graciously stepped in to resolve the issue and made sure I have my car by the deadline.

All in all, a very professional and pleasant experience with Jeff at magic carpet!
