Excellent customer service...

When I wanted to move my car, I have searched and received quotes in many places. and I don't know whom to trust and what to trust. I read the transport reviews and decided to go with magic carpet auto transport based on the ratings. My decision to go with the magic carpet went very well. Sue was able to explain me everything and was able to explain me everything. I wanted to move my car before I leave NC and i gave my approx. pick up date 3 days before. Sue was able to find an driver assigned and to pickup a day before. Due to carrier issue, they came only after the next day after my pickup. Luckily i had a friend to hand it over. Sue was able to reach out to the carrier and communicate to me as and when needed.

Finally car arrived on time coast to coast in 8 days probably. car arrived in good condition. If there is a instance to move my car again , i will use / refer magic carpet again.
