bad experience

It was a bad experience. We would leave messages and we would not get a return call from our sales guy to find out if they had a truck for us. We were ready for pick up Wednesday and it wasnt picked up until the following Friday so we waited 10 days. They said there was no truck bidding on our route from Philadelphia to Minneapolis area. It makes since to me but why didnt our sales guy or customer service call us and keep us in the loop. I would leave message said he never got them, one day his fellow employee said he was at lunch and he would have him call us back he never did. He then emailed us another quote and I called and said are you kidding you have our credit card number and we are ready for shipment our car is ready.
I could go on but just know it was a very frustrating experience.. It cost $100 more to ship it then quoted. I guess we didnt read the fine print. Our sales guy paid $50. Our car was delivered a day early and the transport truck driver called us an hour before it was to be delivered. It was great that it was delivered early but a little more notice would have been great so we could have made sure someone was home. Thank goodness it worked out. I am not sure how this company has such a great rating. Never heard from Magic Hat yesterday to see how the car was. The car did arrive in good shape.
