Everything was smooth, the broker and the transporter on the ground. However, upon arrival transporter compnay owner wanted the entire fee quoted (which would cost me extra to cover broker's fee). Greg was on the line within them within the hour explaining the signed contract and that only $880 was owed on delivery. originally trasnporter would not release vehicle to me, thanks to Greg's efforts they did without me having to pay them $1080 on top of Magic's $200. If Magic had not tended to their phone calls and voicemail I would most likely have had to pay the extra $200 to get out of there with my vehicle. So two thumbs up to Magic's customer service!
