Will Never Use This Company Again!!!Cory Jackson 360-853-2825

I will never use Magic Carpet again! I originally went with another Company but they were unable to find a Carrier to move our car from New Mexico to North Carolina. Because of this I decided to switch to Magic Carpet because of the great reviews I've read.

My sales agent was Cory and he provided horrible Customer Service. I have only spoken with him three times throughout the entire process. The first time to set up my order and the second when he notified me that a carrier wanted to commit to moving my car. When Cory called to inform me about the Carrier I told him that I wasn't sure because the driver wanted $100 more than the quoted price. I told Cory that I would call him back after discussing it with my husband. Cory then called me back and said that they needed a decision pretty quick (this should have been a warning!) After deciding to go ahead and pay the extra money I contacted Cory to let him know that it was a go. He then said that he would call the driver to set it up and then contact me back to let me know of who the driver was, his ratings and contact information. I never heard back from Cory and didn't even know if the carrier actually committed to the move. To make a long story short, I had to call 3 different times and spoke with 3 other people just to find out who was moving my car. Till this day Cory has never returned my phone calls or even emailed me. I requested to speak with a supervisor and I was put on hold for a very long time and then the call hung up.

The driver on the other hand was very nice and professional, he kept in touch with me the entire time. I now know why the company has so many great reviews, i was sent an email that if you give them a 5 star review they will enter you into a drawing to get a full refund!!

Dear Mrs. Smith, I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the customer service that you received from Cory, His job as a sales agent is to inform you of the transport process and to quote you the cost to move your vehicle, after that the care transfers over to the customer service department, it is then our responsibility to stay in contact throughout the process. In looking through the notes on your order, I see that we have been in touch with you on numerous occasions, I had spoken with you personally after the carrier had picked up your vehicle and you had said everything went well.
