I decided to contact Magic Carpet because of their excellent ratings and reviews. When I first called Jon he carefully explained the overall process. He told me that my motorcycle was not on a heavily traveled route and could take a bit longer to find a carrier to pick it up since they use only highly rated carriers but he would see what he could do. Two days later he called to say a carrier could pick the cycle up sooner than expected and deliver it in two days. The transport came off exactly as I was told with the exception that the carrier called to set up delivery the afternoon before it was expected - a very nice surprise. My motorcycle arrived without damage and ahead of schedule. Thanks to Jon there were no surprises in the transfer - everything was well explained beforehand and all of my questions were answered during the process. I will definitely use Magic Carpet again.
