I never imagined that I would buy a vehicle in Texas and need to transport it to Mississippi. When I began my investigation of transport companies, I immediately recognized a difference between Magic Carpet Transport and the other competition. My initial visit of the site allowed me to read multiple reviews by other customers and rating companies that heralded Magic Carpet as a trustworthy, dependable company with excellent customer service. This was important to me because I had never shipped a vehicle and was a little nervous.

My first conversation with Tom sold me on the company. He took his time and explained each step of the process in laymen's terms so that I could understand exactly how my vehicle would be transported and how the payment was structured. No payment was required until my vehicle was on the truck! I felt very comfortable after learning that this company was really trying to earn my business.

After the car was purchased, I had to leave Texas and return to Mississippi. It wasn't easy leaving my new 2013 Honda Pilot behind because I really had no idea exactly when it would be delivered but to my relief, Magic Carpet stayed in touch with me, calling me several times on my trip home. The last call explained that the car was being picked up and would be delivered within 48 hours! I was given the name and number of the driver and he answered on the first call. We made arrangements to meet at a designated place and he was there, on time!! The car looked great, no damage, no bugs. I was ecstatic!

If I had to purchase another vehicle out of town, my first choice would be Magic Carpet. Every detail was thoroughly explained and there were no surprises.
