To start I would like to express our appreciation
for Christin Gooch. In my 10 plus years in the customer service
Arena, I have never been treated with more respect than what I
experienced with Christin. She handled everything detail perfectly
and rose to the occasion.

To continue this theme of appreciation, let me take a moment to recognize
Tom Anderson who was my first point of contact. Tom was very honest about
every detail of the entire process. In business honesty is becoming a rare trait,
