I was initially surprised upon my first contact with Magic Carpet because an actual person answered the phone when I called. I was helped by Greg B and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I scheduled the transport several months this in advance and throughout this time he kept in contact with me to ensure everything was still good. My transport was scheduled the day after my first available date but Magic Carpet receives signed contracts from the carrier that they will in fact pick it up on the scheduled day (I've heard horror stories about this). After the carrier picked up my vehicle I was contacted by Bryana H who was very friendly and maintained contact to ensure the delivery went smoothly from origin to destination. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and not only would I recommend them to others but would use them again in a heartbeat if I needed to.
