Although it may have been cheaper to go directly through a carrier, it was nice to have a broker to do most of the work for me as a first-time car-shipper. Reagan gave me his personal cell phone number and updated me throughout the process. He also told me honestly how long it would take to find a carrier and how long the transport would take. He found a carrier for me within 24 hours that was reliable. The price was lower than a few other companies that I called, and the people were more personable than others I spoke to on the phone.
