I had transported my car previously with another company and was totally displeased with the service I received. I expressed my concerns and experiences to Don and he assured me that I would have a much better experience with Magic Carpet. Don was totally correct. I received calls from the pickup driver and the delivery driver advising when they would arrive and thus did not have to wait around all day not knowing when they would get there. The drivers were pleasant and informative; and the pickup driver even arrived 45 minutes before he said he would.

Overall, I would highly recommend Magic Carpet, if what you want is professional, punctual and reliable service.
