I live on a street corner and earlier the morning our truck was delivered, 2 cords of wood were delivered (early) and left where I had planned on parking the truck. When our truck came off the carrier the driver did his best but going around the wood left the truck at an odd angle in my driveway. Peter asked if the placement was ok or did I want him to move it. When I asked to have it moved He got into the truck, found it would not start because the battery was dead, got out jumper cables, jumped the truck and then drove it to a better parking place. He was professional, polite, arrived exactly when he said he would and took it in stride with all the extra working around my messy crowded driveway.

Our experience with using Magic Carpet Auto Transport was excellent from start to finish. My husband started the transaction online Monday evening. We quickly got the quote, which was better than most, finalized our order, providing details on the pickup location, requested a Thursday pickup and had everything set up. My contact kept me informed of everything with emails and phone calls to confirm the truck was picked up, the carrier info and then followed up to make sure we had the service we expected.

I wish all our customer services needs would go this smoothly. Thank you for your excellent services. I will not hesitate to recommend your services.
