Magic Carpet was consistent, communicative, honest. There was no deviation from the estimate right through to the delivery. My representative, Kathy, was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, pleasant - she stayed in touch with me, always answered my questions and seemed genuinely concerned about providing the best service possible.
