I called them and made a booking a month and a half before I wanted my car moved to make sure they have enough time to find a truck. They said they usually can't book anything until 2 weeks in advance, so I said ok. About 2 weeks in advance I call them to check in with them, they say they will make some phone calls. I don't hear back from them for almost a week so I call back, they say that, oh Mondays are usually the days when cars get booked, so hold on till Monday, so I wait, and still nothing. Every time I call, they're very nice and reassuring, but it was all talk and no action. Whenever I called the assistant, she would say, ok, let me make some more phone calls. It's as if they only made the phone calls when I called. Eventually I gave up on their empty promises and went with another broker. I booked with them because of all their good reviews, but I saw nothing good about them. I didn't feel like they put any effort into finding me a truck, even though I gave them plenty of time to get the job done. Then after being completely frustrated with the service, I called to cancel my order, and the agent just hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend it at all!

I am sorry that you that you are unhappy with our service. However we show that we spoke to you several times in the process. Your avail date was 6-26 had to be picked up on or before 6-29. You cancelled on 6-24. I had explained the process to you several times that most carriers won't book a month out, and some will book at the last minute. The last call to you was with a confirmed bid from a quality carrier to pick up in your time frame, but you decided to cancel. I try very hard to explain the process before you place an order.
