I couldn't be happier with the service!

Marie was very friendly and helpful setting this up for me. I'd never used a service like this before and wasn't sure how it all went down. The pickup was on-time, and I was advised it would be a 10-day transport from PA to AZ. I was a little bummed but I realized that I probably wasn't the only car in the trailer, so this was fine with me.

But after a few days I called Marie to see if there was a way to find out how the driver was doing. She gladly put me in contact with the truck. I called and the driver was really, really professional. He stated he was already in TX and would actually be able to deliver the car in half the time. It would have been sooner, but his office asked him to have the truck serviced in El Paso. He texted me to let me know every step of the way where he was and the most likely ETA.

He nailed the delivery time. It ran like clockwork and he was very careful with the removal of my car (it was on the top rack 2 deep so there was some shuffling involved). I would absolutely use Magic Carpet again. This was an awesome experience and saved me from having to put unnecessary miles on my car.
