Magic Carpet Auto Transport was professional and easy to work with - this was my first time to move my car cross country so I was a little nervous, but they were great! My agent, Ryan Trapp (800-901-6452), contacted me within 24 hours of submitting an online questionnaire with a quote. He and his assistant arranged a driver to pickup my vehicle on my requested departure day around 10 days prior to departure. They promptly responded to emails and phone calls and were thorough without being pushy. The driver called me 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, but was flexible when it didn't work out due to my schedule and came the night prior (which worked out great). The same driver who picked up my car met me at the destination and called within 3-5 hours of drop off time. Door-to-door service. Friendly. Professional. Good price - $760 for the entire trip from Portland, OR to Dallas, TX.
