Stephanie was very pleasant to work with.
My only concern is the the original price I was quoted was not the final price i paid. When I called i had a date in mind, about 5 days from when i called, to have the vehicle picked up. When it got closer to the date I was called and told that my car could be picked up on the date requested but it would cost an extra $230 to have expedited pick up. I understand teh bidding process and was told there were no guarentees as to when the car would be picked up at the original quote price. I needed to get my car and paid the extra cost to have it delivered in the time frame I was working with. Once the car was picked up it took 4 days to get cross country and Stephanie and the driver were very easy to work with. Car arrived in great shape.

Forrest, Thank you for the Fabulous 5 Star review. It was nice assisting you with your auto relocation. If we had a little more time to get carrier arranged for your dates i would have been able to try and get a better rate for the transport of your vehicle. Normally when we expedite vehicles it cost about $350-$400 more depending on how quick the vehicle needs to be picked up. I am happy in the end the experience was great for you.
