It is always our goal to provide the best absolute service to our customers, unfortunately there are things that are not in our control, as a broker it is my job to facilitate the transport of the vehicle and feel that we picked up promptly and delivered with in a reasonable timeline. I understand your frustration when it comes to timelines, as an agent I share those same frustrations and hope that in the future you would give us another try.
