I used magic carpet to move my car from California to Illinois 4 years after I had them move it from Minnesota to California. I had a positive experience the first time and went back for a second.

Initially I talked to Ryan and and Christin who said I was a little too early in requesting my carrier and that they would have one set up closer to the date (initially 2 weeks out). I called closer to the date as I had not heard anything from them and found that Christin had left the company. Luckily Stephanie took over for her and did a great job getting everything up to speed and the carrier to pick up on my preferred date.

I would say the only negative was the lack of communication when Christin left but sometimes things fall through the cracks. It was good to see that they can rebound from that and still make everything work out great.
