I was impressed with Magic Carpet Auto Transport from the first phone call I got from Don Edwards. This was my first time shipping a car, and he explained the entire process and encouraged me to do my own research on competitors. I got phone calls from other companies as well, but they just told me a price and that was it. Don took the time to explain everything without being the typical 'salesman' like the others were. I was also impressed with how accurate everything was - the price was exact - no hidden charges, and I paid $855 for my Toyota Yaris. The truck was on time for the pickup, and was surprisingly fast getting from California to Virginia in only 5 days. This was great for me, because I needed it there fast. Overall, their strongest point is customer service and communication. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!
