What pushed me to choose Magic Carpet for my auto transport was how honest Don (Don Beeler) was about the process of bidding for a carrier. Every other quote I received presented itself as a final lockin-in price, which I knew to be misleading from previous experience shipping cars. Don was honest and clear in describing the bidding process and what I could expect, and the results aligned with his explanations, including the final price.
Don's communication was excellent. He provided details and explanations for the bidding and shipping process up front without me having to dig for answers, or learn the hard way. He contacted me at every step along the way to make sure things were going smoothly and was professional and kind.
The next time I ship a car it will definitely be with Don and Magic Carpet again.
