Very knowledgeable. Don explained the entire process to since I had never had the experience of shipping a car before. He was very helpful and patient.
Erica (the customer service rep) was nice, but not very responsive. She failed to call me back a few times when she said she would. It was also difficult to get a hold of her on occasion. However, referring back to Don was easy enough and it got everything taken care of.
