I never shipped a vehicle before and was very nervous and confused with all companies offering "trust us to deliver" statements. I received quotes from many transport services and did the on-line reviews. Although Magic wasn't the lowest, their rating and conversations with Travis gave me a good feeling about their service. Basically, it was the conversations with Travis that led me to use Magic. Communication was key; he called each step of the way. I stated I was in no hurry, the car was picked up the next day and arrived in NJ 1 week later. Unable to deliver it on the Friday before the Memorial Day Weekend, the transporter (Fred) said he would delivery on Saturday. He was polite and called me to arrange a time convenient for me. Can't say any more than "THANKS" to Magic Carpet, Travis and Fred for an excellent job! +++++
