Stephanie took me through the complete shipping process with great patience and professionalism. I felt very confident that she would ensure that my car would be delivered safe and sound. My case was complex due to shipping from Hawaii and that I was not the individual dropping the car off. The process of transporting my car was flawless and if needed in the future I will ask for Ms. Hamilton.
